Volunteering with Riverside Rotary
Our Rrova (Riverside Rotary Volunteer Action) Group started life at the beginning of the Covid 19 epidemic and provided a way for people to help out as and when they could, mostly by marshalling and hosting at one of the Covid 19 assessment or inoculation centres. Since then we have invited Rrova members to join us when we have events that need some hands on help. These have included litter picks, school mock interview programmes, gardening, cash collections, car park marshalling at events and others.
Membership of Rrova is a no-cost, easy, no-commitment way to being part of the Rotary team by joining us as and when you want to volunteer for specific events. Your contact details are kept on a secure data base and you will receive periodic emails inviting you to take part in events and activities. You simply reply if you want to.
We're also please to welcome our Rrova members to any of our social events.
